What Makes the Perfect Pizza?

The Bon Appétit Test Kitchen is on a quest for the perfect pizza.

I've watched the prolog episode, and it looks to be at least entertaining. (I have thoughts about the metal peel they tried to slide under pizza though, that felt like a setup).
